Authorities said both the shooter and victim were waiting in line to order when the argument escalated. The shooter, who was wearing an Eagles jersey, hopped in a van leaving the victim on the street.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where he later died. Authorities said the suspect turned himself in hours after the incident, but the driver of the van is still at large. Authorities believe the driver was a female.
