Calling for backup, additional officers swiftly surrounded the vehicle, effectively trapping the suspects. The four individuals, identified as 24-year-old Steven Cuevas from Los Angeles, 21-year-old Carlos Madrid from Long Beach, and two unnamed juvenile suspects, were promptly taken into custody.
