61 Twitter Accounts You Should Be Following
Twitter is far from perfect.
The platform riles up users, shares misinformation (while banning ‘other’ misinformation), and further divides our tribalized nation.
Oh, and it routinely bans right-of-center voices while letting more inflammatory ones flourish.
But it’s also a breezy way to spend time, connect with like-minded users, and spread news the mainstream media considers inconvenient.
With that in mind, here are 61 Twitter accounts well worth a follow. Some will make you laugh. Others expose media bias. And the rest? They make spending time on Twitter a little easier … until the Twitter Police come for them.
Stephen Miller (@RedSteeze): Few accounts eviscerate mainstream media bias better than this never-ending stream. Miller, host of the Versus Media Podcast, scorches modern journalism with such ferocity it’s amazing his targets don’t resign in shame. Then again, too many reporters lack just that.
Jon Gabriel (@exjon): He’s the kinder, gentler Stephen Miller and a pop culture savvy pundit who blends faux egotistical blather with keen political asides. He’s right-leaning but no apologist for Conservative, Inc.
Eric Alper (@ThatEricAlper): Love music and need a break from the endless news cycle? This SiriusXM personality offers fun facts and questions that inspire a crush of engaging responses such as“What’s an album that is so perfect, you don’t skip one track?”
Karol Markowitz (@karol): This New York Post columnist offers some of the most sober analysis around on insane COVID-19 regulations including why she fled the Big Apple for Florida. And she does it without red-meat rhetoric. Her common-sense instincts do the heavy lifting for her.
Tim Dillon (@TimJDillon): Remember comedy? Dillon does and he serves up plenty of it on his Twitter account. But it’s not for the squeamish. He often plays Devil’s Advocate in ways we’re no longer used to seeing. Just remember: they’re jokes, not bills waiting for the governor’s signature.
Lou Perez (@TheLouPerez): This libertarian comic likes to taunt news cycles and frantic tweets alike. He’s smart and unpredictable, which makes his comic broadsides even sharper.
Jim Treacher (@jtLOL): This Substack scribe will make you laugh, think, and – chances are – also angry. He’s best at skewering our wobbly morals, be it media bias or fact-challenged souls who rise to the top of the political heap.
Road MN (@RoadMN): This anonymous Tweeter keeps followers abreast of cable news updates, ratings battles, and more. His “just the facts, ma’am” approach is leavened with media bias updates.
Kira Davis (@RealKiraDavis): Kira Davis, along with Karol Markowitz, represent the common sense wing of conservativism. She’s got a slick grasp of pop culture, along with sarcasm that cushions her more disturbing revelations.
John Nolte (@NolteNC): This Breitbart News editor is a master at sharp-elbowed Tweets. He giddily engages his critics and slices through the cultural haze with humor and heart. But his “mama” jokes aren’t for the faint of heart.
Defiant Ls (@DefiantLs): This anonymous account has a simple mission: Share two Tweets from the same progressive source to reveal nuclear-level hypocrisy. Is it any wonder Twitter previously suspended it?
Kurt Schlichter (@KurtSchlichter): No apologies from this red-meat conservative with the brains and military background to back up his banter.
Noam Blum (@neontaster): This right-leaning voice has a heavy Twitter presence and you’ll be glad for it. He doesn’t follow party lines, nor does he disagree with the Right without reason. He undoubtedly brings a pointed wit to the platform.
Jimmy Failla (@JimmyFailla): The Fox Across America radio show host treats his Twitter account like a late-night monologue… except it’s funny.
Christopher F. Rufo (@RealChrisRufo): This relentless activist gets things done, from exposing Critical Race Theory in the classroom to shattering the Disney brand with his on-target revelations.
Nick Searcy (@yesnicksearcy): This actor’s Twitter feed is funny, scathing, and impolite when it counts. It’s as memorable as his on-screen performances.
Michael Malice (@michaelmalice): The self-described anarchist loves to stir up trouble. But he also has a keen eye for culture, media bias, and corrupt politicians.
Ruth Buzzi (@Ruth_A_Buzzi): The “Laugh-In” alum may be retired, but her plucky gags and upbeat sense of humor are timeless.
John Hayward (@Doc_0): This conservative scribe tells it like it is and occasionally uncorks powerful Twitter threads that earn every Retweet.
AG (@AGHamilton29): This anonymous media critic could help journalism right its sinking ship, assuming reporters will take dutiful notes. It wouldn’t solve media bias, but it might be the first step in that direction.
Jesse Kelly (@JesseKellyDC): This radio personality doesn’t just promote his program on social media. He expands his brand by sharing withering statements about the sorry state of the country. His faux (we think?) arrogance sets him apart from his fellow talkers.
Drew Holden (@DrewHolden360): This Washington Examiner writer deconstructs media bias in ways that are smart and engaging. Suffice it to say, he has his work cut out for him.
Keri Smith (@RealKeriSmith): A recovering Social Justice Warrior herself, Keri Smith knows the woke mindset intimately. It helps her leverage Twitter to enlighten the rest of us. She’s eager to change hearts and minds, not just score cultural points, which makes her feed so valuable.
Senator Ted Cruz (@SenTedCruz): Many politicians are stuffy or self-serving on Twitter. The Texas Senator surely uses the platform for political purposes, but his cagey sense of humor and grasp of what makes a killer Tweet separate him from his peers.
Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald): This liberal journalist can’t stay quiet about the extreme media bias infecting the news today. He deftly uses Twitter to call attention to it, masterfully engaging with followers in the process. His epic threads are not to be missed.
Joe Concha (@JoeConchaTV): This veteran pundit uses a deft blend of breaking news, chuckle-worthy GIFs, and personal reflections to power his funky feed.
Andy Ngo (@MrAndyNgo): This brave journalist uses social media to correct false media narratives and share videos you won’t see on the nightly news. He’s a one-stop disinformation breaker and that’s probably why the Left targets him.
Zuby (@ZubyMusic): This musician turned pundit excels at asking the tough questions too many are afraid to even mutter. He also stays mostly positive, a rare feat in our digital age.
Titania McGrath (@TitaniaMcGrath): She’s the wokest of the woke, a Social Justice Warrior leading the charge against logic and reason. The jokes on us, though, since she’s actually the creation of British comic Andrew Doyle. It’s a shame some of Titania’s most absurd “takes” are now accepted as gospel on the far Left.
John Cleese (@JohnCleese): The Monty Python alum is as witty and pointed as you’d imagine he’d be on social media. He bounces from free speech defenses to cultural critiques, even if he can’t help smiting all things Trump along the way.
Libs of Tik Tok (@libsoftiktok): Progressives say the craziest things online, and often post them on the Chinese social media platform Tik Tok. This account gathers them all up for our amusement (and horror).
David Burge (@iowahawkblog): This snarky account focuses on the funny but, like the best satirists, he often has something to say about the state of our union. And it’s rarely good.
Elon Musk (@elonmusk): 80 million followers can’t be wrong, right? Oh, and he might just save Twitter from itself. Fingers crossed.
Jesse Singal (@jessesingal): This journalist doesn’t play favorites. He’s willing to scorch folks on both sides of the aisle and you’d be remiss to dismiss his critiques outright.
Janice Dean (@janicedean): This meteorologist took on a deeply personal role when she helped expose Governor Andrew Cuomo for the corrupt creep he is. She’s tough but tender, sharing sweetness and withering body blows in equal measure.
Fusilli Spock (@awstar11): This anonymous account might have a Twitter handle that feels like it’s from 2006, but it’s a one-stop shop for great retweets and pithy rejoinders to the latest social media insanity.
Anna James Zeigler (@ajzeigler): This right-leaning scribe is just a solid follow, who somehow shares smart fare without junk stories getting in the way.
James Woods (@RealJamesWoods): Hollywood prematurely retired him, so Twitter is often the only way to connect with this Oscar-nominated actor. He blends kudos for his talented peers with withering political takes.
RBe (@RBPundit): Sometimes a conservative wants the digital equivalent of a piping-hot cup of Joe, without the creamer. Enter RBe, who does the honors without mercy.
Corey A. DeAngelis (@DeAngelisCorey): Need the latest information about public education and its attempts to indoctrinate our youth? Look no further than his culture warrior’s Tweets.
Tim Pool (@timcast): This dissenting voice powers one of YouTube’s most potent shows. On Twitter, Pool alternately stirs things up and makes followers consider the most pressing issues of the day.
Stephen Gutowski: (@StephenGutowski): The founder of TheReload.com is an essential voice on the Second Amendment, and he doubles as a dutiful fact checker for gun media bias.
David Harsanyi (@davidharsanyi): This sane and sober columnist offers sane and sober takes on breaking news and more. If you disagree with him, you might want to do a deep dive as to why.
Rob Schneider (@RobSchneider): Mr. “Deuce Bigalow, like some other fellow alums of “Saturday Night Live,” has veered to the Right in recent years. Maybe because one party likes free speech, and the other … not so much.
Kevin Smith (@ThatKevinSmith): The “Clerks” director remains an open book in our digital age. He’s fan friendly to a fault, sharing behind-the-scenes goodies from his pop culture life. He’s a loud-and-proud geek, and he doesn’t care who knows it.
Inez Stepman (@InezFeltscher): This “anti-feminist” rails against public school and cultural madness. In other words, she has her Twitter hands full.
Jonathan Turley (@JonathanTurley): This George Washington University professor may lean to the Left on paper but he’s been a valuable voice for common sense, the rule of law, and other positions the modern Left has aggressively abandoned.
Libby Emmons (@libbyemmons): This Post Millennial editor dutifully promotes her site’s stories via Twitter and she leverages her New York moxie to add context as needed.
Jennifer Sey (@JenniferSey): Red-pilled Twitter users are often the most engaging. This former Levi’s executive fits that description well. She’s a mother of four who fights to protect children from woke hysteria.
Sasha Stone (@realsashastone): The AwardsDaily.com founder is another red-pilled soul. She uses her Hollywood clout to smash Identity Politics and embrace creative freedom. She barely recognizes the Democratic party these days, and she’s not ashamed to admit it.
The Foo (@PolitiBunny): She may look sweet but this anonymous account is fierce when it counts. She’ll defend the American family, the rule of law, and other bedrock conservative positions without mercy.
Jon Levine (@LevineJonathan): This New York Post reporter keeps followers up to speed on breaking news while demolishing media narratives. That and his puckish sense of humor make his account a must-read.

Jamie Kilstein (@jamiekilstein): This liberal comic had an epiphany about modern tribalism. Now, he brings a complete look at laughter, life, and more to his very open Twitter feed. It’s raw, complicated, and often brimming with wisdom.
Nerdrotic (@nerdrotics): This YouTube star shreds geek culture for embracing all things woke. He also holds Big Tech accountable when it silences dissent.
Gary Sheffield, Jr. (@GarySheffieldJr): The son of baseball slugger, Gary Sheffield, the younger Gary is blunt about the national pastime. Even if you disagree with his hot takes, it’s hard not to adore his passion for the game.
Sean Ono Lennon (@seanonolennon): This musician with the oh-so-famous pappy turned into a thoughtful soul who rejects his industry’s groupthink.
Joseph Kahn (@JosephKahn): This music video director turned film director (“Bodied”) is a valuable follow for his humor and ability to dart from left to right and land somewhere in the center…sometimes. Smart, whimsical, and impish, Kahn challenges his flock.
Dr. Jordan Peterson (@jordanbpeterson): The man who told us to clean our rooms, takes to Twitter to share his outrage at the world around us. He simultaneously offers insights to steer us in a better direction, which makes his account such a treasure.
Andrew Heaton (@MightyHeaton): This Libertarian comic refuses to pick sides in the current political climate. He’d rather deliver tongue-in-cheek comments on our cultural swamp.
Josh Denny (@JoshDenny): He’s been canceled at least once and his rough-and-tumble tone may chase some away. But he’s funny and feisty, saying the jokes others dare not even consider.
Razor (@Hale_Razor): Miss satire that didn’t end with dutiful “clapter?” Razor is here for you. The right-leaning account mocks the latest headlines and you’ll laugh far more than you’ll clap.
