9 States Have Average Gas Prices Above $5 – All But Two Run by Democrats

9 states and the District associated with Columbia start the 7 days with gasoline prices over $5 a gallon, a good unseemly record that is leading to political repercussions.

  • Area of Columbia, Mayor Muriel Bowser

In Los Angeles, the largest town in California, gas costs at some stations were getting close to a whopping $8 per gal. on Sunday.

A recent ABC News/Ipsos poll found a majority of Americans think Democratic policies share whether great deal or a good quantity of blame for the rising price of filling their tanks.

President Joe Biden is bearing the brunts of the critcism, with his authorization ratings at the lowest associated with his presidency. The HURUF News/Ipsos poll released Weekend found only 37% accept of Biden’s handling from the economic recovery, and even less approve of his managing of inflation (28%) plus gas prices (27%).
