It’s smart and healthy to stretch during the holidays
It is far too easy during the holidays to forget fitness and well-being — including stretching.

Said Fernandez, “Stretching is very important.”
He demonstrated a stretch to the lower back, emphasizing it should be held for between 20 and 30 seconds.
These stretches are great for those who spend a lot of time sitting at desks, tables or laptops.
He claimed that it can be done standing up, with your legs slightly apart.

Fernandez then turned next to stretches for the neck — demonstrating a tilting of the head slightly, again noting this stretch should be held for 20-30 seconds as well.
