“9-1-1: Lone Star” Tyler Sanders, actor, has died from Fentanyl
911 Lone Star His autopsy revealed that Tyler Sanders, a teenage actor, died from the effects fentanyl.
According to the official report obtained By TMZ, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner noted the 18-year-old’s death was accidental.
Tyler, who was nominated to a Daytime Emmy because of his role in Prime Video. Just add magic to mysterylanded guest roles on various shows, such as 911: Lone StarIn the days before his death, he had been posting regularly on social media.
TMW sets out to exonerate the rookie who was found dead at his Los Angeles residence on June 16, 2010.
Sources close to the investigation said that the deceased was a drug user and that police found a straw and powder in his room.

According to the autopsy report Tyler said that he had texted a friend the night before his death and told him that he was using Fentanyl.
The report says Tyler did not answer phone calls from the friend after sending the text about fentanyl, with the coroner saying Tyler had no known medical problems but had a history of drug abuse … including heroin, cocaine, LSD, mushrooms and Xanax.
Tyler was found unresponsive in bed in the home where he lived alone … and apparent illicit drugs were found in the bathroom, the TMZ report concluded.
