Commanders’ Carson Wentz Gets Booed as He Throws Two Interceptions in First Half
Washington Commanders On Sunday, quarterback Carson Wentz was booed by the FedExField crowd as he returned to the field against Cleveland Browns.
When he made an interception to Denzel Ward, Browns cornerback, Wentz heard the boos. In the second quarter, he heard them again when his third drive of game resulted in a Grant Delpit interception. The first half saw two interceptions, which was not a great start.

Washington was able score some points in the second half.
Wentz was the leader of the team’s 21-play, 96 yard drive that put the Commanders 7-3 up. The drive was completed by a Wentz quarterback sneaking at the goal line to score the score.

He was 6-of-10 with 62 yards passing and two picks during the first half. He was sacked one time. Logan Thomas was the leader with three catches of 32 yards.
