Cops Blame Rapper French Montana And Crew For Situation That Led To Shooting At Miami Restaurant

Miami Gardens Police Chief D. Noel-Pratt blamed rapper French Montana He and his crew were shooting one night this week. They claimed that they never applied for permits from the city, and that if they had, police would have been on site to provide security.
