Boston Under Fire for New MLK Jr Statue You Have to See to Believe
Are artists envious of Martin Luther King? Are the Bostonians hateful of Martin Luther King?
I hate the Martin Luther King monument, Washington D.C. It is a Soviet-styled sculpture that looks exactly like the original. A Chinese Communist who built a monument in honor of Mao Zedong.
However, when compared with the monument to King that was just revealed in Boston the commie statue is a work worthy of Michelangelo.
It is a monstrosity. It could look like a man holding a Turd, a male reproductive or sexual organ depending on how it is viewed.
The sculpture received mixed reviews, much like She-Hulk’s movie critics love but viewers don’t. The sculpture was chosen by the cultural elite to desecrate Boston’s streets. They also want to convince us that it is a masterpiece that evokes feelings of love and humanity.
Most people associate it with revulsion and derision. However, they also feel a sense of wonder at the fact that this was produced and displayed for real money.
Please read my other tweets about the sculpture—but here is another angle and the photo of the two “The Embrace” is based upon. It’s when MLK Jr. found out he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964. pic.twitter.com/Q7Vyk7OPKK

The media–or at the least the woke media, is working hard to convince people that this is a wonderful tribute to King and his legacy. They may think it is, considering how they see King’s words now as White Supremacy. The whole “all of us are God’s children” and desegregation talk is passé; we now live in an era where segregationists are back in vogue and celebrated by the Left.
It is the whole “I have a Dream” Speech would be given a Rotten Tomatoes score of 99%.

The monument is literally dehumanizing–without a long explanation of who is being honored and what the symbolism of the statue is supposed to represent, not a single person could possibly figure it out. Worse, half of the audience is inspired to visit Pornhub by the speculation it inspires.
MLK is an iconic figure in American history. After decades of peaceful efforts, his image is a symbol of an era in American History. He is an American hero and one of the greatest persuaders.
Monuments should be respected, not ridicule. But this is the modern approach. Monuments today are not the result of respect but self-absorption. Without a reference to the artist’s intent and vision, the art itself is meaningless. This article is about the sculptor and not Martin Luther King. It is impossible to understand his thoughts without him. “get.”

One of most misguided policies in the past 50 years is requiring that money be set aside for every construction project. “art.” Although it was well-intentioned, I believe that this has only led to a glut of 3rd rate work scattered about cities like turds. It is possible to get a commission to produce one of these, and I admire the entrepreneurial skills of those who can trick the public into buying crap.
These are my pieces “art droppings,” Often as attractive as bird droppings.
The end result is often ugliification and not beautification. Modernists are hostile to beauty and have destroyed our visual landscape.

It is not always better to be old than new. Hardly. The modern aesthetic is actually hostile to humankind. It is often dehumanizing, sometimes ugly, and requires explanation before even being understood.
When it was built in 1908, the Singer Building was the tallest structure in the world.
It was condemned for criminal acts and torn down by the 1968 earthquake, which was replaced with the modernist eye-sore that you see today. pic.twitter.com/hLD0ysUdPa

Most people don’t seem to know this, but architecture became highly ideological in the 20th century. The Left took control of architecture early in the 20th century and it shows. Modern architecture and art rarely elevate and almost never link back to our cultural heritage. They intentionally make people feel inadequate and helpless.
It creates an urban landscape that repels. Ironically, many of cities that urbanists love the most have their roots long before modern architecture. Paris, London and San Francisco are distinguished not by their most recent architecture but because of the character they have preserved over time.
Most modern buildings don’t, just as most modern art is indistinguishable from the scribblings of children. It’s not that there isn’t anything great being done, but it is swamped by the oversupply of mediocrity. In many cases, it’s even worse.
