Austin Bay: The Biden Classified Docs Special Prosecutor Must Look For Chinese Spies
Headlines for 2022 slam President Donald Trump’s mishandling “classified information” — a term designating secrets that have genuine national security value.
2023: Current President Joe Biden clearly mishandled classified information. Damning fact: Biden’s negligence — or malfeasance — was discovered before the 2022 midterm elections.
Two months of silence was provided by the FBI, Department of Justice, and corrupt media to Biden.
Trump was the victim of a horrendous FBI raid on his Florida residence. Fact: Biden faces drip-by–drip evidence that he did not follow very clear laws regarding classified information in the national security sector when he resigned as vice president in 2017.
Differentiating Fact: Trump was the president and had classification authority. This means that he could declassify documents. VP Joe did not.
Raid Trump, Biden slides in silence. The two-tiered justice system is a sham and clearly un-American.
National security is important to me. Let’s get down to the heart of classified information.
The laws governing classified national security information are a fortification — a legal, institutional and behavioral fort that codifies and enforces procedures for determining the classification level, limiting the distribution and maintaining the physical control of secrets.
The government security agencies are expected to protect secrets that help defend Americans and American allies against deadly threats and other destructive surprises.
The sobering lyrics of World War II. “loose lips sink ships,” America was reminded that national security secrets were a grave matter. Even a slight negligence can give the enemy enough information to cause damage to the U.S. or allied war effort, and even kill American sailors and soldiers.
Terrorists and rogue states like Vladimir Putin or the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), are serious threats. America’s first defense against these threats is effective diplomacy and reliable intelligence assessment and collection. Intel and diplomacy are both necessary to institutionally and personally protect classified information 24 hours a day, without any slips.
This involves a moral obligation. The risk of America and its allies being attacked by belligerent forces increases if secrets are not protected. Information that is exposed could endanger the lives and security of U.S. intelligence officers as well as military personnel.
Verified security clearances are important. “Cleared individuals” Many Americans have access information that can lead to the death of American allies and themselves. Securely handling life-and death information is the ultimate goal.
Insecurity agencies are undermined when they fail to adhere to the rules, particularly when senior leaders do not lead by example.
A failure to protect secrecy can lead to a variety of circumstances. Accidents and errors happen, and those responsible are held accountable, even if they occur at lower levels. In the so-called email case against Hillary Clinton, we were faced with a serious intelligence scandal. This was due to her deliberate and systematic (hence criminalized) mishandling highly classified U.S. National Security Information. Clinton’s private server contained Top Secret Special Access Program information (SAP). This information can be exposed if it is compromised. “sources, methods and lives” To foes retaliation.
Clinton beat the rap for corrupt FBI officials and ugly Beltway politics. Clinton also won because of a corrupt legacy media that shuns honesty for propaganda.
Trump’s raid received major headlines. In retrospect, it seems that Trump’s FBI raid was a propaganda stunt. Biden’s initial classified documents were discovered Nov. 2, 2022 at The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. This Washington-based center is known for its diplomacy and global engagement programs. The discovery was not made public until January 2023. In February 2018, the Penn Biden Center was opened. Where were the documents that covered the 13 months immediately following Biden’s resignation? Silence.
Biden’s lawyers are currently assessing the documents. Do they have the qualifications to investigate a violation of classified information laws? Silence. Biden’s Delaware home has more classified documents. Hunter Biden lived there for several months and made deals with CCP. CCP money was provided to the Biden Pen Center. Was Communist China allowed to see classified documents of Biden? Silence — so far.
Robert K. Hur (special counsel) was appointed by DOJ in order to investigate Biden’s crimes. His investigation must be expanded to include CCP espionage. Hur failing to do this will make him a national security risk.
