The Secret Service is able to identify the exact person who visited the site and will turn them over. From Fox News:
Fox News reports that the U.S. Secret Service is ready to provide names of people who visited President Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home, if Congress asks.
The White House insists that there is no official visitor log for the private residence where two troves full of classified documents were discovered.
The White House doesn’t keep a formal list. However, the Secret Service does collect information about guests who have regular access.
The Secret Service has a number of factors that affect the retention of names of people vetted. These include proximity to the president and nature of background checks.
The White House has been repeatedly inept about the timeline of Biden’s classified information scandal. Jean-Pierre presented false information repeatedly, and the White House is now refusing to speak with reporters.
