How Your Student Can Get AP Credit Without AP Propaganda

College Board, the educational monopoly responsible for college prep and SAT/PSAT testing as well as AP courses, submitted an experimental Advanced Placement course in African-American Studies to Florida Gov. The curriculum was rejected by Ron DeSantis last week for use in Sunshine State public schools. DeSantis called it a violation in state law for its dependence on critical race theory. Joy Pullmann, my colleague, has made this clear in these pages: Every conservative state leader should do the same.

The apparent critical race theory course masquerading as AP African-American Studies isn’t College Board’s only foray into politics. Pullmann noted Other history courses such as European, United States and World History have also been offered by the university. “infused with identity politics and anti-American and anti-Western readings of history,” According to a report by the National Association of Scholars.
