Alleged Vandals Indicted Over Attacking Pregnancy Centers In Florida

Two Floridians were indicted by a federal grand jury for spray-painting threats on resource centers that help women and men who are facing unplanned pregnancies.

The conspiracy included the following: the indictment said that the two defendants went after pregnant centers and vandalized the buildings with spray paint threatening messages.

Together with others, the defendants allegedly spray-painted offensive statements such as “If abortions aren’t safe than niether [sic] are you,” “WE’RE COMING for U,” “YOUR TIME IS UP!!” “We are everywhere.”

The messages were left at a Winter Haven center and allegedly they went after other pregnancy centres in Hollywood, Florida and Hialeah.

Smith-Stewart and Freestone are accused of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.FACE Act) for two reasons — why they went after the workers and why they caused harm to the site.
