Soros Stooge Tries to Defend Her Boss, Fails Miserably

Following the publication of a five part series in the New York post this week by yours truly documenting the extensive influence of Soros (individually linked to below), the Soros’ stooges are fighting back…. poorly.

Open Society Foundations Vice President of Advocacy and Communications Laura Silber has retorted on Twitter, rather than directly address one claim in my articles. In an attempt to humanize Soros, she first depicted him as a survivor in Hungry of Nazi occupation – but without mentioning his involvement in it in a 60 Minutes interview.

George Soros was alive during the Nazi occupation of Hungary which resulted in the deaths of over 500,000 Hungarian Jews. His Jewish family and he survived by hiding their history and helping others.

The rest of her thread consists of mindless propaganda that uses meaningless buzzwords to describe Soros and his fight for what he thinks “freedom” and “democracy” are (definitions most sane people disagree with). She also repeated the neoliberal myth about Soros helping transition the Soviet Union into capitalism. This is a half-truth considering that Soros used the opportunity to purchase assets that were formally state-owned to further enrich his self-interest.

Soros started his philanthropic work by giving scholarships to Black South Africans under apartheid. He supported the free flow of ideas in Communist Hungary, and he promoted democracy’s transition after the fall of Soviet Union.

Although she does address the rise of crime under Soros-backed prosecutors and tries to spin the issue as part of a nationwide crime wave, she fails to acknowledge that Soros-influenced areas have seen much greater increases in crime. She also brings back the brain-dead argument. “red states saw the most crime increase” This ignores the fact that nearly 100% of crimes in these states are committed in its blue cities.

During the pandemic, violent crime did rise, alarmingly—but in red states and blue, rural areas as well as big cities, regardless of what political party was in office.

Silber also claims that I helped spread antisemitic tropes. This is especially hilarious since I wrote an entire article in The Post series mocking people who claim to have criticized the most influential billionaire in U.S. history. “anti-semitic.” While she’s at her job, she manages to make a snide comment about Dan Bongino.

It is possible that this is not surprising given the fact that the writer has apparently earned his reporting skills at the Dan Bongino Show. Recently, a global rights group identified Bongino as one the most prominent purveyors for false claims about election results. https://t.co/RAqOgtkKFF

We don’t know how much Soros paid Silber to write her embarrassing defense of him, but clearly it wasn’t enough given the overwhelming mockery she received in response.

What can you expect from people?

He works for her.

You can read this amazing defense of George Soros. This man who survived the Nazi era and kept his jewishness hidden while millions died in gas chambers. Laura does a shameless task of defending this man, who seems to have no hesitation in overthrowing democratic regimes in Asia.
