James Comer Probing John Kerry’s Secret CCP Negotiations

House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky. Investigating the secretive negotiations between John Kerry and his Chinese counterparts, Special Presidential Envoy for Climate (SPEC), is being done by the FBI.

Kerry’s office is not recognized for its high-level leadership of the Biden administration’s global climate strategy.
