Multiple People Struck By U-Haul Truck In New York City: ‘This Wasn’t An Accident’
After allegedly hitting multiple people with his U-Haul truck, a New York City man was taken into custody.
WABC reported The incident occurred at around 11:15 a.m. in three locations in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Before the driver fled, the driver fled the scene.

“A man driving a U-Haul went on a rampage in Bay Ridge,” Justin Brannan, New York City’s Councilman, posted a tweet. “He was just apprehended in Sunset Park. Several people were hit and badly injured. We have no idea of motives at this time but this wasn’t an accident. Thank you to @NYPD72Pct @NYPD68Pct. I will share more info when I can.”
