“The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim” Producer Claims Atlanta Police Are Practicing Murder Following the Announcement of a Training Session
The War of the Rohirrim: The Lord of the Rings Jason DeMarco, a producer, recently claimed that Atlanta’s police have been practicing murder after an announcement about a training session.
WSB-TV reported At the beginning of February, the Atlanta Police Department stated that it would “be conducting a reality-based training at Lenox Square.”
The outlet didn’t provide any information about the training. “It’s unclear exactly what the training will consist of, but it will include APD and Atlanta fire personnel and equipment, according to officials.”
DeMarco tweeted his response to this report. “‘Gotta practice murdering ppl’”
YouTuber NBR reacted to DeMarco’s tweet saying, “He has a deep-rooted anger toward police and all of it is painting this serious picture.”

DeMarco’s comment shouldn’t really come as a surprise given the co-creator of Toonami used the programming block to push Black Lives Matter propaganda.
A short video explains the Toonami Mascot TOM. “There’s been a lot of talk about race lately. ‘I don’t see color. Racism isn’t real anymore. All lives matter.’ These words are actually harmful and steer away from the bigger issue: racism still exists.”
The monologue goes on. “Discrimination toward people of color still exists. It’s up to all of us to recognize that and take action.”
TOM accuses everyone in the video, including TOM, of racism “If you’re thinking maybe, but not me, you’ve got some truth to uncover.”
“If you’re thinking this isn’t why I watched Toonami, think again,” TOM. “Think about how you can fight against injustice. Think about how you can be a part of an honest conversation about racism because black lives matter and will always matter.”
DeMarco explained that the video said, “A little background: this piece came together because a group of Toonami staff came to me and asked, ‘are we going to address this clearly?’ I agreed with them that we should. This piece was produced, co-written, and edited by our Black staff members. The all did an amazing job.”
He continued, ” Special shoutout to Gill Austin who wrote the backbone nd shepherded it home as well. I am fortunate to work with some great people. I hope that you felt our sincerity even if it was uncomfortable. As always, thanks for your attention.”
“We at Toonamii know we can only do so much with our platform but we wanted to be clear what our little block stands for. Equality, compassion, love and strength are at the core of so much of our programming and at the core of the message we want Toonami to deliver,” He concluded.
DeMarco has previously stated his support for the he movement back on May 2020, writing on Twitter. “I’m not surprised, but I’m furious and horrified at the police brutality we are all witnessing in Minneapolis. And focusing on looting just shows how little some actually care about the HUMAN BEINGS that have been pushed into this place, and the conditions that put them there.”
He continued, “Black lives matter. I don’t have any larger point here other than to express solidarity with those resisting on the ground. I want anyone following me to be clear where I stand on these issues. Everyone deserves to live without worry the state will commit violence against them.”
DeMarco closed the thread. “Oh and hey if you wanna come clutch your pearls to me about f***in Target being looted or whatever, save it. I’m sure there are plenty of other places for you to tsk tsk over the looting. My feed isn’t one of them, though.”
Black Lives Matter also made it clear their goals. Black Lives Matter LA tweeted their goals back in 2020. “We don’t want to hug the police. We don’t want to kneel with the police. We don’t want to meet with the police. WE WANT TO DEFUND THE POLICE.”
This was repeated a week later by the two men, noting that they still wanted to. “defund and dismantle” The police.
On their website, the organization made it clear that their goal was to “dismantle cisgender privilege and uplift Black trans folks, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence.”
It also wants it to “disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.”
Patrisse Cllors, Black Lives Matter founder also acknowledged to being a Marxist.
She stated that “The first thing, I think, is that we actually do have an ideological frame. Myself and Alicia, in particular are trained organizers.”
“We are trained Marxists. We are super-versed on, sort of, ideological theories. And I think that what we really tried to do is build a movement that can be utilized by many, many black folk.”
DeMarco’s The War of the Rohirrim: The Lord of the Rings It is expected that the film will be released in theaters by April 12, 2024.
