Diverse Biden Administration Unified in Being Terrible at Their Jobs
Think about what you want to do. “diversity is our strength,” The Biden Administration must then be the strongest administration ever.
Karine Jean-Pierre is the worst press spokesman since Baghdad Bob.
Yes. And we have seen and are still suffering from the failures in choosing a cabinet on which to base our decisions. “equity,” The main factor in hiring is one’s race, sexual orientation, and/or sex. 🤦♀️ https://t.co/4AHbAG20ER

Is it any surprise that the United States has fallen into such a funk. The Democrats have drunk their Kool-Aid and the results show a country suffering from incompetence.
“Diversity is our strength” It is a foolish sentiment. There is nothing wrong with diversity–especially diversity of viewpoints, experience, skill, and backgrounds. An effective team that is not homogenous is likely to be more successful than one with all of its members agreeing and incapable of moving beyond their bubble.
Diversity is an important aspect of life, but it’s not the only thing. Anyone who views diversity as simply bringing together a group of minorities in a room to make it stronger is a complete moron.
A boardroom filled with Black Yalies, White Yalies, Lesbian Yalies, and Hispanic Yalies will have many Yalies. You won’t get any of them to tell you how the Department of Transportation should be run. A group of incompetent, over-credentialed and under-experienced yahoos are all around you. They love each other because they were all in Skull and Bones while they were at Yale.
You might be wondering if you’re a Democrat. “what if we threw in a transgendered Harvard grad? Would that increase diversity?”
If you don’t know what it means or how it can benefit your situation, diversity by itself isn’t a strength. Democrats will tell that they are proud of their diversity. “diverse” administration looks more like America than any previous one–which, even by demographic standards is ridiculous. Biden has more transgendered citizens than Idaho.
The Biden Administration seems as big “like America” The local drag show is very similar to my Catholic church.
Moreover, anyone working in the White House is almost automatically not an average Joe regardless of their sexual orientation or race. They share more things in common than any other person in the nation. Karine Jean-Pierre would be a stickler if she was dropped in the south side Chicago.
But, most importantly, genuine diversity can only be a strength if they enhance, rather than diminish, social trust. “Diversity” It should include people from different backgrounds and experiences but also a common language that allows them to understand each other. People who can’t communicate on a basic level with each other aren’t useful in a group. “diverse;” It is balkanized.
If you lose too much trust in your community, it can lead to a collapse of society. This is why it is important to have a common language. People cannot communicate with one another if they can’t talk. Social trust is what binds people together. However, flooding our community with people who are completely alien to our community can cause social trust to be eroded.
The crisis at the border with Mexico is so worrying because of this. It’s more than the obvious issues like the housing crisis, welfare costs and other problems. The erosion of social trust occurs when a flood is not able to integrate into the larger society. People who function in a society share common culture.
Not uniform cultures. However, we must recognize our differences enough to be able to communicate with each other. “us.” While we may be Republicans or Democrats, Blacks or Whites; however, we are all Americans.
Once that is gone–and it is eroding fast–”diversity” Our weakness will be
