The White House banned TikTok from all government devices Monday, two years after Donald Trump tried to ban the Chinese spyware program.
The Office of Management and Budget directed all federal agencies to remove TikTok immediately. The rule prohibits exemptions from entire agencies. Only a few exceptions are allowed for research purposes.
