Social Security update: Second of March’s double direct payments worth $914 arrives in 25 days

Supplemental Security Income bEneficiaries will be rewarded with the second of two payments March 25th, 2005

First payment sent to recipients eligible on March 1. The second payment for the same persons was delivered on March 31, taking over the April 1 payment. For individuals, each payment will amount to $914. This means that they will receive $1828 in March.

Eligible couples receive payments For $1,371, essential people who reside with someone receiving SSI or provide necessary care receive a rate of $458. These rates will also double in March.

Social Security Administration normally distributes monthly SSI checks every other month on the first business day. The administration issues checks every other month on the last day of the preceding month if the first falls on a weekend or holiday. This ensures that the recipients get their check on time. per the agency.

The recipients receive two check in one calendar month, which means they will get them multiple times per year. This includes March.
