Elon Musk is building his own Texas town

According to reports, Elon Musk is working on a new product. “utopian” Texas town close to Austin
Musk bought 3,500 acres of land in order to build a new community called Snailbrook. According to reports, the Boring Company’s mascot is the town’s name.
The Wall Street Journal has reported that the new community will have about 110 homes, be outfitted with a pool, host an outdoor sports area, and it will contain a gym. Musk will have a private compound and a school.
“[We have] plans to convert a home on the property into a Montessori school for as many as 15 students,” Musk said this to the Journal.
The Snailbrook community has already been reported to already be under construction, and already has signs posted that read: “Welcome To Snailbrook, Texas, est. 2021.”
According to the Journal Musk will offer homes with two or three bedrooms in the community beginning at $800 per month. Musk’s project is described by those familiar with the matter as a “city of dreams.” “sort of Texas utopia along the Colorado River.”
