REPLAY: The Committee on the Present Danger: China—Why We Must Leave the WHO

The Committee on the Present Danger hosted a webinar on March 7, by China’s Committee on the Present Danger. It covered the potential powers that could come to the World Health Organization (WHO).

The United States and the WHO member countries have been discussing ways to grant Tedros Ghebreyesus vast new powers. Tedros could declare current or potential pandemics by making material changes to international health regulations. “public health emergencies of international concern” Any country, on the basis private information and without the consent of the nation(s).
