LIVE NOW: Congressional Defense and Foreign Policy Forum Features North Korean Escapees

Defense Forum Foun hosts a Congressional Defense and Foreign Policy Forumdation March 14th at 12:00 p.m. Invites Three courageous and inspiring women were witnesses to the escape of North Korea. Two of them fled North Korea recently to tell their stories in America for the first-time.

These are the three North Korean women:

• LEE Hyun Ae: Survivor of 50 days torture and detention to make phone calls to South Korea
• JI Myeong–Hui Survivor of North Korea’s political prison camps and China’s detention centers
• HAN Song Mi: Her mother had enough money to pay for brokers to get her out from South Korea in 2011, so she escaped North Korea.
