Biden and Harris’s March Madness support comes back to haunt teams

PJoe Biden (resident) and Kamala Harris (Vice President) are having trouble with the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

After day one, Biden’s March Madness bracket was completely ruined. Harris was there to witness her alma mater lose the first round.

Biden’s Final Four projections, Kansas, Marquette and Texas, still have three of the four remaining teams alive. Biden’s bracket also included incorrect picks such as Furman beating University of Virginia, and San Diego State beating College of Charleston. The four-seed UVA lost to 13 seed Furman, 68-67. Charleston was defeated by five-seed SDSU, 63-57.

Biden picked Villanova University to be the champion in the women’s tourney, which starts Friday. Jill Biden is the wife of Biden and holds a Master of Arts degree from Villanova.

Harris was present in Des Moines to witness her alma mater Howard University lose against the University of Kansas, which resulted in a score of 92-68. Kansas, a 1-seed, was heavily preferred over Howard (16-seed), which was making its debut in the tournament. “big dance” Since 1992.
