Running for vice president

Near the beginning of every year that follows an American midterm election year, a large number of candidates announce that they are “considering” running for the highest office in the land.

Republicans have so far launched test kites over British aircraft, including former Arkansas governor. Asa Hutchinson and a former Maryland governor Larry Hogan, who both resigned from office in January after serving eight days. Nikki Haley, the governor of South Carolina from 2011 to 2017 and the UN adviser for almost two decades, has done one better by announcing that she will challenge former President Donald Trump.
