Nashville shooting: Audrey Hale was receiving treatment for ’emotional disorder,’ police confirm

Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake confirmed on Tuesday that Audrey Hale, who opened fire at Covenant School, killing three students and three faculty members, was undergoing treatment from a physician for an “emotional disorder.”

Drake further stated that Hale’s parents were not informed about the seven firearms that she had legally acquired, and that they only knew about one weapon, which they believed she had sold.
