Minneapolis Hosts Drag Queen Story Hour and Transgender Activist at Elementary School

Gender source fair will be held in Minneapolis Public Schools for kids and their” gender clever young ones.”

Transgender activist Dr. Angela Goepferd, a physician who specializes in sex health, spoke passionately at the gender resource fair at Loring Elementary.

A” female aid good” is being held by Minneapolis Public Schools at an elementary school, and it will include a drag queen story hour and an activist doctor talking about” supporting small transgend children.”

The April 13 event will be held at Loring Elementary, a pre-kindergarten to fifth-grade education, and is targeted at families and their” sex clever young ones ,” according to an event promotion that the district has shared.

The good comes as Minnesota is getting ready to pass” trans shelter” legislation that critics claim may violate parental custody right. It is the most recent instance of children receiving gender and physical identity content in school.

Angela Goepferd, a trans activist and physician who specializes in female health and uses the pronouns” they” and” them,” will speak at the party” for adults.” The classroom will sponsor a puff tale hour” for kids” while Goepferd is speaking.

Goepferd has been a outspoken supporter of Minnesota’s proposed” transgender protection” bill, which was approved by the Minnesota House last week and would enable children from other states to have puberty blockers and sex-change procedures there. At a hearing in the Minnesota House in January, the advocate testified in favor of the bill.

The bill was slammed by state representative Walter Hudson( R. ) on Friday, who stated that it was done so with the intention of” cancelling the parental rights of the citizens in the United States.”

Hudson remarked,” You are no longer in possession of your children.” Familial rights are revoked as soon as they utter the magic phrase” I’m looking for gender-affirming consideration.”

Leigh Finke, a transgender lawmaker from Minnesota, was named” Woman of the Year” by USA Today, and Goepferd praised him for it, saying it” could not be more clearly received.”

Statistics show that Loring Elementary has performed poorly in academics, despite the fact that it hosts bring performances. The Public School Review, which analyzes data from public schools in the United States, gave it a 1 out of 10 standing, placing it among the middle 50 % of Minnesotan schools for test scores. According to U.S. News & World Report, only 42 % of students at the school are proficient in math and reading for their grade levels.

Loring is not the only one who prioritizes sexual and gender glad for kids. A personal Northern Virginia school suggested earlier this month that fourth-graders read a book that discusses testicles and intimate encounters and was written by the transgender children. Parents were outraged this month by a Boston public school that gave sixth – and seventh-grade students surveys asking if they are trans and have” actually participated in oral monogamy.”

Before news time, the case administrator and Minneapolis Public Schools did not respond to a request for comment.
