Alvin Bragg receives threatening letter with white powder
Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, recently received a threatening letter containing a white powder, according to the police.
Fortunately, no one was injured by the letter. Police sources told ABC News that the letter was found in a basement mailroom at around 3 PM on Wednesday. This is at least the second threatening letter Bragg has received.

The New York Police Department, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Office of Emergency Management all responded to the incident. The powder was initially tested and deemed nonthreatening.
According to Bragg, his office has received over 1,000 threatening emails and calls since news about his office’s impending indictment of former President Donald Trump was announced in a lawsuit against House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Jim Jordan (R-OH).
