Washington Post Is Blatantly Biased In Naming ‘Worst Federal Judge’

Matthew Kacsmaryk, the only federal judge in the Amarillo division of the Northern District of Texas, was declared “the worst federal judge in America” by Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus. This was after Kacsmaryk invalidated the Food and Drug Administration’s 23-year-old approval of the abortion drug, mifepristone. Marcus accused Kacsmaryk of being a “zealot” with loaded rhetoric. However, the columnist’s accusations are based on her own ideological bias, ironically enough.

Disproving the Accusations

Marcus accused Kacsmaryk of being an ideologue in robes, pointing to the fact he previously worked as a deputy general counsel at the conservative First Liberty Institute and argued against same-sex marriage
