Tucker Carlson Hints At Future In New Statement After Ouster From Fox News

Former Fox News Host Tucker Carlson Hints at Future in Media

In a statement released on Wednesday evening, Tucker Carlson hinted that he plans to continue working in media to cover important topics that are often ignored by television news. Carlson noted that when he took a break from the noise of the media, he realized how many kind and decent people there are in the country who care about the truth. He also pointed out that most of the debates on television are irrelevant and will be forgotten in a few years.

The Undeniable Big Topics

Carlson went on to say that the big topics that will define our future, such as war, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power, and natural resources, get virtually no discussion in American media. He believes that both political parties and their donors have reached a consensus on what benefits them and actively collude to shut down any conversation about these issues. This suppression of important topics makes the U.S. seem like a “one-party state,” but Carlson believes it doesn’t have to remain this way.

The Power of Truth

Carlson believes that the current orthodoxies won’t last and that they’re brain dead. He thinks that hardly anyone’s life is improved by them and that this moment is too inherently ridiculous to continue. When honest people say what’s true calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful. The liars who’ve been trying to silence them shrink and become weaker. Carlson signed off his message by saying, “See you soon.”
