U.S. Economy Slows Down in Q1 2023

The U.S. economy grew slower than expected in the first quarter of this year. GDP grew by an annual rate of 1.1%, but analysts expected it to grow 2%. David Stryzewski, CEO, Sound Planning Group joins OAN’s Alicia Summers to discuss the slowing economy and the looming debt ceiling. House Republicans passed a bill to raise the debt ceiling and cut government spending, but it’s unlikely to pass in the democrat-controlled senate.
