Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering Five Neighbors Previously Deported Five Times
A shocking new report reveals that Francisco Oropesa, a 38-year-old illegal alien accused of murdering five of his neighbors in Cleveland, Texas, had been deported from the U.S. five times before. According to sources inside Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Oropesa was deported five times between 2009 and 2016.
Oropesa allegedly shot his neighbors after they asked him to stop shooting his gun late at night because they had a baby trying to sleep. The father of the child said in an interview, “I never thought that he would shoot. He went room to room, looking for people.”
Victims Identified
The victims have been identified as Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25; Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31; Jonathan Casarez, 18; and Daniel Enrique Laso, 8.

Local and federal law enforcement officials have no leads on the whereabouts of the Mexican national. The FBI special agent in charge James Smith said, “We do not know where he is. We do not have any tips right now as to where he may be. Right now, we have zero leads.”
Reward for Information
The San Jacinto County Sheriff’s office is offering a $55,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Oropesa. The FBI has added $25,000 to the reward, and Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that the state would add an additional $50,000, bringing the total to $130,000.
“Our hearts go out to the families and loved ones of the five victims that were taken in this senseless act of violence,” said Governor Abbott. “I continue working with state and local officials to ensure they have all available resources to respond to this horrific crime. I thank the men and women in law enforcement who are tirelessly working to ensure this criminal is caught and brought to justice.”
Abbott has alerted Operation Lone Star soldiers and troopers to be on the lookout for Oropesa and any attempts that he may make to cross the border back into Mexico.
