Kari Lake to Appeal Election Lawsuit with Video Evidence.

Republican candidate Kari Lake is not giving up on her bid to challenge the results of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election. Her lawyers have filed a notice of appeal against Maricopa County and Governor Katie Hobbs, alleging misconduct and widespread vote-tabulating problems.

Lake claims to have new evidence to support her case, including video footage that was previously withheld from her team. She is determined to fight for the people’s right to a fair and transparent election process.

“We the People showed up to cast our sacred vote, and until we get our government back, I’m not going to stop fighting. I don’t care what they say.”

Despite criticism from some quarters, Lake remains steadfast in her pursuit of justice. She has even suggested that she is prepared to take her case all the way to the United States Supreme Court.

“I hear they’re interested in it. They realize our country is being torn apart. The fabric of our country is just torn apart right now. And they want an election case, and I think we’ve got the perfect one to bring to them.”

While Maricopa County officials have dismissed Lake’s claims as unfounded, she is undeterred. She believes that the truth will prevail and that the American people deserve nothing less than a fair and honest election process.

Allegations of Misconduct and Vote-Tabulating Problems

Lake’s legal team has alleged that officials in Maricopa County failed to follow state election law regarding signature verification on envelopes. They have also flagged what they claim were widespread vote-tabulating problems across dozens of polling locations on Election Day.

Lake says that witnesses spoke of hours-long lines at a number of voting locations during the Nov. 8 contest, arguing that data signals that it was mainly Republican voters that were impacted. Maricopa County officials have previously said that printing machines suffered issues but have insisted that all voters were able to cast their ballots and have them counted.
