RFK Jr. posts shirtless workout video, subtly targeting Biden.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Gets Fit for Presidential Debates

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. shared an engaging video on Twitter Sunday, showcasing his dedication to physical fitness. In the video, Kennedy can be seen performing a set of push-ups at an outdoor gym, jokingly stating, “Getting in shape for my debates with President Joe Biden!

Encouraging a Healthy Lifestyle

Kennedy, who is vying for the 2024 presidential nomination, emphasized the importance of exercise and healthy living in a subsequent tweet. He highlighted the fact that Americans gained an average of 29 pounds during the Covid lockdowns and pledged to reverse this trend by promoting physical activity, proper nutrition, and the removal of harmful chemicals from our food.

“So start doing your morning calisthenics everybody. Get yourself in shape for a Kennedy Presidency!” Kennedy urged.

Primary Debates and Voter Preferences

While the Democratic National Committee has announced that there will be no primary debates this year, Kennedy remains one of the two contenders in the race. Author Marianne Williamson is also vying for the Democratic presidential nomination.

A recent poll conducted by USA Today/Suffolk University revealed that eight out of ten Democratic primary voters want to see Kennedy and Williamson debate President Biden. Additionally, 21% of voters are still undecided on which candidate to support. Currently, Biden holds 58% of Democratic support, while Kennedy and Williamson have 15% and 6% respectively.

Concerns about Biden’s Health

Interestingly, a recent NBC News poll indicated that 68% of respondents have major or moderate concerns about President Biden’s mental and physical health in relation to his job. In contrast, only 32% expressed minor or no concerns. It is worth noting that Biden is 11 years older than Kennedy.
