National Political Correspondent Neil W. McCabe interviewed Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis, who is also The Sunshine State’s top insurance regulator, about his Insurance Villages. At the villages, insurance companies set up walk-up customer service booths for Floridians with claims stemming from Hurricanes Michael, Ian and Nicole–as well as other storms and emergencies.
