Tucker reveals Jan. 6 bombshell from unaired Fox interview with Capitol Police Chief.
Former Fox News Host Tucker Carlson Reveals Shocking Details About Jan. 6 Protest
In a recent episode of Russell Brand’s “Stay Free” podcast, former Fox News host Tucker Carlson made a stunning revelation about the Jan. 6, 2021 protest at the U.S. Capitol. According to Carlson, the former chief of the U.S. Capitol Police informed him that the crowd was “filled with federal agents.”
During the podcast, Brand asked Carlson for his opinion on the events of Jan. 6 and why there is an ongoing attempt to label it as a deliberate insurrection. Carlson, who had a personal interest in the matter as one of his children was working on Capitol Hill that day, expressed his opposition to any violence but provided context by highlighting that more law enforcement officers were injured during the race riot outside the White House in May 2020 than on Jan. 6, 2021.
Carlson emphasized that the immediate labeling of the protest as a racist, white supremacist insurrection was a lie. He argued that the individuals involved believed the election had been stolen from them, and while there is room for debate on the matter, race had nothing to do with their motivations.
The strong reaction he received for questioning the media narrative surrounding Jan. 6 only fueled Carlson’s desire to dig deeper into the truth. He concluded that nobody involved in the discussion is operating in good faith.

According to Carlson, he was informed by Steven Sund, the chief of the Capitol Police on Jan. 6, that there were undercover federal agents among the crowd that day. Sund, being in charge of security at the site, would have firsthand knowledge of the situation.

Unfortunately, Carlson was not able to air his interview with Sund before being fired by Fox News. However, he expressed his intention to interview Sund again in the future.
In January 2022, Senator Ted Cruz questioned then-FBI Assistant Executive Director Jill Sanborn about the bureau’s potential involvement in the Capitol incursion. Cruz specifically asked if any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of Jan. 6. Sanborn declined to provide a direct answer, citing the need to protect sources and methods.

Despite the lack of concrete answers, these revelations raise important questions about the events of Jan. 6 and the potential involvement of federal agents. The full interview with Carlson and Sund has yet to be released, but it promises to shed further light on this controversial topic.
