Tucker reveals earnings since bringing show to Twitter: ‘I’m not Elon’s employee’

Tucker Carlson Breaks Free: Reveals the Business Breakdown of His New Media Venture

Tucker Carlson is done taking orders.

The former Fox News host recently unveiled the inner workings of his exciting new media venture.

Carlson spilled the beans during a captivating interview with British comedian Russell Brand, which was streamed live on Rumble Friday.

The interview marked Carlson’s first public appearance since his unexpected departure from Fox.

During the interview, Carlson revealed that he’s now broadcasting “Tucker on Twitter” as a regular user of the platform, free from any commercial obligations.

“I don’t work for Elon,” Carlson boldly declared, referring to the platform’s billionaire owner.

“He’s paid me zero money,” Carlson emphasized.

Reflecting on his time as an employee at Fox News, Carlson expressed his desire to be his own boss and never work for anyone else again.

“I don’t think I ever want to work for anyone again. I’ve done that,” he stated firmly.

However, Carlson made it clear that he intends for his media work to be profitable.

“I’d like to make money. I think that’s fair,” he admitted.

“But I’m not working for Elon Musk.”

“He hasn’t offered to hire me, and even if he did, I wouldn’t accept… What he’s done is offer me the same opportunity he’s given every other Twitter user: a chance to share my views without any gatekeepers,” Carlson explained.

Following the streaming of Carlson’s interview with Brand, nearly one million people tuned in to watch.

As the prime-time host on Fox News, Carlson dominated cable news ratings for years, leaving many of his viewers puzzled about why he was ultimately let go by the network.

During the interview, Carlson admitted that he still doesn’t know the exact reason behind his firing from Fox in April, as reported by Deadline.

For hosting “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Carlson was paid a staggering $15 to $20 million, according to Forbes.
