China Leads the World in NeuroStrike Weapons Development, Report Reveals

China has firmly established itself as a global frontrunner in the creation of cutting-edge “NeuroStrike weapons” that directly target brain function, according to a groundbreaking new report.

The report, spanning 12 pages and authored by three intelligence analysts, was initially obtained by the Washington Times. It reveals that the Chinese Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army have been actively developing weapons capable of utilizing microwaves or other directed energy to manipulate brain function.

“Unknown to many, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its People’s Liberation Army (PLA) have established themselves as world leaders in the development of NeuroStrike weapons,” the report emphasizes. “These platforms directly attack, or even control, mammalian brains (including humans) with microwave/directed energy weapons via standalone platforms (i.e., handheld gun) or the broader electromagnetic spectrum.”

The comprehensive report, titled “Enumerating, Targeting and Collapsing the Chinese Communist Party’s Neurostrike Program,” was authored by esteemed scholar Ryan Clarke, former Army microbiologist Xiaoxu Sean Lin, and former Air Force intelligence officer L.J. Eads.

China’s Asymmetric Warfare Strategy

“The CCP views NeuroStrike and psychological warfare as a core component of its asymmetric warfare strategy against the United States and its Allies in the Indo-Pacific,” the report reveals. “Their new landscape of NeuroStrike development includes using massively distributed human-computer interfaces to control entire populations as well as a range of weapons designed to cause cognitive damage.”

In response to these alarming developments, the U.S. Commerce Department took decisive action in December 2021 against Chinese entities collaborating with the CCP on the development of “biotechnology processes to support Chinese military end uses and end users, to include purported brain-control weaponry.”

A senior U.S. official told The Financial Times that China was actively exploring emerging biotechnologies for potential military applications, including “gene editing, human performance enhancement [and] brain-machine interfaces.”

The newly released report also highlights China’s potential intentions to employ this technology against Taiwan, as the country continues to adopt aggressive postures.

A Threat to Global Stability

“Any breakthrough in this research would provide unprecedented tools for the CCP to forcibly establish a new world order, which has been Xi Jinping’s lifelong goal,” the analysts warned.

In light of these concerning revelations, the report suggests that Americans should actively raise awareness about the existence of “NeuroStrike” weapons, disrupt supply lines and development efforts related to this technology, and impose further sanctions on Chinese companies collaborating with the military in its pursuit of this dangerous capability.
