Watch: RFK Jr. Suffers from Same ‘Drug Addiction’ as Trump, Says Annoyed MSNBC Host
During a recent segment on MSNBC, Lawrence O’Donnell accused Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of having a “drug addiction.” While Kennedy did struggle with drug addiction in the past, O’Donnell was not referring to actual drugs. Instead, he was talking about the “drug” of attention.
O’Donnell went on to compare Kennedy’s addiction to attention with former President Donald Trump’s. He claimed that both individuals have been driven by this addiction throughout their adult lives.
In the segment, O’Donnell also criticized Kennedy’s campaign for president, calling it a “stunt.” He expressed doubt that Kennedy would win any primaries and stated that Joe Biden would be the Democratic nominee.
A recent Harvard Harris poll showed that Kennedy is trailing behind Biden by 46 percentage points. However, the poll also revealed that Kennedy has a higher favorability rating among those polled compared to Biden.

The poll also found that 16 percent of Democrats would vote for RFK Jr. in the Democratic primary. Additionally, respondents were asked whom they would vote for if Biden dropped out of the race, with 44 percent choosing Vice President Kamala Harris and 22 percent preferring RFK Jr.
Trump and RFK Jr. have recently exchanged compliments, with Trump praising Kennedy’s intelligence and Kennedy calling Trump the best debater since the Lincoln-Douglas debates of 1858.
Despite their differences, Kennedy expressed pride in Trump’s approval of him and emphasized the need to stop hating on each other.
