Former President Donald Trump’s defense attorney, John Lauro, shed light on Mr. Trump’s intentions regarding his former vice president, Mike Pence, during the 2020 election. Lauro emphasized that Trump’s aim was to ensure a fair and thorough resolution of the dispute.
“The ultimate ask of Vice President Pence was to pause the certification of votes and provide an opportunity for the legal process to catch up,” explained Lauro during his appearance on CBS.
