Man to Appear in Court for Alleged Murder of Homeless Man
A 48-year-old man is set to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 16th for the alleged murder of a homeless man in Santa Monica last week.
Juan Evarastico Bahena was arrested on July 31st for the incident that occurred on the same day and is currently being held in a Santa Monica jail on $2 million bail.
