The FBI Takes Down Man Who Threatened President Biden and Others
The FBI made a decisive move on Wednesday, eliminating a man who posed a threat to President Joe Biden and other prominent Democrats.
Craig Deleeuw Robertson, a resident of Provo, Utah, met his demise when agents executed a search warrant at his residence in response to the threats he had made. According to reports, Robertson had expressed his need for a sniper rifle and camouflage in anticipation of Biden’s visit to the state this week.
The FBI has confirmed that an “agent-involved shooting” took place at approximately 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, in Provo, Utah. The incident occurred as special agents attempted to serve arrest and search warrants at Robertson’s residence.
Described as being between 70 and 75 years old, Robertson had also targeted Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg, expressing his desire to assassinate him.
Biden is scheduled to arrive in Utah later today and will be attending a fundraising event. This visit marks his first trip to the state since assuming the presidency.
