GOP Congressman Introduces 4 Articles of Impeachment Against Biden – ‘Overdue’
Republican Rep. Greg Steube Introduces 4 Articles of Impeachment Against Biden – ‘It’s Long Past Time’
Republican Rep. Greg Steube of Florida has taken a bold step by introducing four articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden. Steube’s move comes as several congressional committees are building a multipronged case to remove Biden from office.
In a scathing statement, Steube expressed his frustration with the slow progress of the impeachment process. He accused Biden of undermining the integrity of his office, bringing disrepute on the Presidency, betraying the trust of the American people, and acting in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice.
According to Steube, the evidence against Biden continues to mount. He claims that the Biden Crime Family has personally profited through bribery, threats, and fraud, and that Biden must not be allowed to continue selling out the country from the White House.
The Four Articles of Impeachment
- Abuse of Power: Steube alleges that Biden’s son, Hunter, “sold access” to the then-vice president during the Obama administration and even preemptively sold “promised access” to a potential Biden administration leading up to the 2020 election.
- Obstruction of Justice: Steube accuses the Biden team of colluding with the Department of Justice to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden, based on the testimony of IRS whistleblowers.
- Fraud: Steube argues that James Biden, the president’s brother, used Joe to lure investors into business ventures on false and fraudulent pretenses and promises.
- Financial Involvement in Drugs and Prostitution: Steube claims that thousands of dollars of Biden family money was spent on illegal drug transactions and prostitution between 2010 and 2019.
Steube’s articles of impeachment have jumped ahead of at least four GOP-led committee investigations pursuing avenues to impeach Biden or his top officials.
In addition to the articles of impeachment, Steube introduced another piece of legislation aimed at the first family. He announced the introduction of a bill in response to the “failed” investigation by the U.S. Secret Service into the presence of cocaine in the White House. The bill demands information on the closed investigation and focuses on how Congress can provide oversight to prevent future illicit usage of controlled substances in the White House.
Steube cleverly named the bill the “Helping Understand Narcotics Traces at the Executive Residence Act” or the HUNTER Act, in reference to Hunter Biden’s well-documented history of drug abuse.
It is clear that Rep. Greg Steube is determined to hold President Joe Biden accountable for his alleged misconduct and ensure that the American people receive the answers they deserve.
