Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds Stands Up to Left-Wing Hecklers at Iowa State Fair
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds made headlines over the weekend for her strong response to left-wing hecklers during her “Fair-Side Chats” event at the Iowa State Fair. Joined by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Reynolds was engaging with various presidential candidates when the disruption occurred.
Reynolds, known for her “Iowa Nice” demeanor, didn’t hold back in addressing the activists who were ringing a cowbell and blowing whistles. She firmly stated, “Hey, you know what? We’re in Iowa! And in Iowa, we’re ‘Iowa Nice.’ So let’s give everyone the opportunity to hear our candidates. We’ll stop until you do, but we’re all going to have an opportunity to hear from each and every candidate.”
Some videos of the incident circulated on social media, but it was later revealed that the audio had been deceptively altered to make it seem like the agitators were Trump supporters chanting “we want Trump.”
Law Enforcement Steps In

They were seen wearing t-shirts with controversial slogans such as “B***hes Get Stuff Done” and “Be Gay Fund Abortion.”
Law enforcement eventually intervened and forcibly removed the agitators. One officer yelled at them, “You can enjoy this affair or you can leave! We’re not going to do this!”
Event Organizers Fight Back
As the leftists attempted to interrupt Governor DeSantis, event organizers responded by cranking up the sound system to drown out their disruption. Reporter Marc Caputo shared a video showing the demonstrators armed with whistles and cowbells, while the speakers blared even louder.
Despite the disturbance, Governor Reynolds and Governor DeSantis continued their conversation, undeterred by the hecklers.
