VIDEO: Dem Rep Confirms Hunter Biden’s “Unlawful and Wrong” Actions

A Democratic⁢ Congressman⁣ Acknowledges Hunter‍ Biden’s Wrongdoings

“They have not laid a glove on Joe ​Biden,” Rep. Jamie Raskin ⁢(D., Md.) said ⁢Sunday. “As president, they haven’t been able ⁣to show ‌any criminal⁢ corruption on⁢ his part. ‍What they’ve got‌ is‍ Hunter ​Biden, and we all seem clear that‌ this guy was addicted to⁣ drugs and ‍did a lot‍ of really unlawful and wrong things.”

Raskin added that he wants to “let the justice system ‌run its course,” referring to the ongoing legal​ battles Hunter Biden is facing.

Raskin’s comments come as members⁤ of the media increasingly⁤ acknowledge the accusations against Hunter Biden. MSNBC admitted last month that⁢ Hunter Biden’s actions were‍ “obviously unseemly and ‍problematic” ​and “profiteering.”

Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty ⁣to tax crime ‍charges‌ last month after⁤ a federal judge rejected a plea deal ⁣ he made with the ⁣Justice Department that would have seen ‌him avoid prison ⁢time.⁤ He ‌is ⁤accused of failing to pay taxes on millions ‍of⁢ dollars‌ from overseas dealings.

Had the deal gone through, ​Hunter Biden would ​have pleaded guilty⁣ to misdemeanor tax crimes and received immunity on a broad range‍ of‍ criminal‌ charges, ⁣but ⁢federal judge Maryellen Noreika took issue with the broad immunity⁢ the ‍first son would have⁢ won through the deal. She told prosecutors and Biden’s legal team last month ⁣to craft a new one. She said the original deal ⁢was “not standard” and “different from ​what I normally see.”

President Joe Biden has frequently denied knowledge of his son’s‌ business dealings and lashed out at reporters​ who ‌press him on the subject

“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas dealings,”⁢ Biden told Fox News’s Peter ‌Doocy‍ in⁤ 2019, before yelling‌ at him to “ask the right questions.”

Devon​ Archer, Hunter Biden’s former ⁣business partner who sat with him​ on the board of Ukrainian gas ⁢company ​Burisma Holdings, told the ‌House Oversight Committee that Hunter Biden called his father more than⁢ 20 times during business meetings to⁣ sell‍ the Biden “brand.”
