Illegal alien murderer apprehended in New Hampshire beach town.

Arrest of Convicted Murderer in New Hampshire

Earlier this week in ⁤the ‌small ⁣beach town of Rye, New Hampshire, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement made a dramatic arrest.⁣ They apprehended an illegal alien and convicted murderer who had⁣ fled to ⁢the United States from Brazil.

The 29-year-old ex-Brazilian ⁢military officer ⁣was convicted two⁣ months ago for heinous crimes, including 11 ‍murders in his home country. He was also found guilty of mental and physical torture, as well as attempted murder during the infamous “Curio Massacre” in November 2015. In June 2023,⁢ a Brazilian criminal court sentenced him to 275 years in prison in absentia.

It remains unclear how this dangerous individual managed to enter the U.S., but it is believed that he illegally crossed‍ the border in 2019. Following his conviction, Interpol issued a Code Red Alert for his capture.

Over the past few months, U.S. authorities closely monitored his activities. Finally, on Monday morning, Rye police and ICE agents successfully apprehended the murderer while he was working on a construction site.

A Well-Executed Operation

Rye Police Chief Kevin Walsh revealed that this arrest was the result‍ of a meticulously planned operation involving multiple law enforcement agencies.

“We’ve been working on this⁢ for quite some time,” Walsh explained. “Our federal partners, who ⁤we greatly value, had a well-thought-out‍ and methodical plan to apprehend ⁢this individual. They carefully selected ‌the best location and ⁢timing for ⁤the arrest.”

A fellow construction worker, Sammy Johnson, witnessed the arrest and shared his⁣ account with WMUR 9.

“Bam! Flashbang, and military guys, and it’s just like holy moly, you know?⁤ So we’re just, you know, ‘Okay, okay, okay! You know? We had nothing to do with it!’” Johnson said. “So, it’s a pretty epic way to start your Monday morning, you know?”

Johnson expressed his shock that his colleague was ⁣allowed to reside and work in New Hampshire.

“It’s just kind of baffling,” he added. “You know, I think for‌ the most part, what was just crazy to me is that he⁣ was able to reside in New Hampshire and have a business.”

The captured ⁢murderer will now remain in ICE custody ‌until he faces trial before an immigration judge.
