Currently, the former president is facing four separate trials, including two brought by federal prosecutors accusing him of mishandling classified documents and interfering in the 2020 election. Additionally, the Fulton County district attorney’s office in Georgia has charged President Trump and 18 other co-defendants in a racketeering scheme related to overturning the 2020 election results. Furthermore, the Manhattan district attorney’s office has charged him with falsifying business records in connection to the 2016 election.
