DailyWire+ Releases Highly Anticipated Documentary Series ”Convicting a Murderer”
DailyWire+ recently premiered the first three episodes of the thrilling documentary series “Convicting a Murderer.” Produced by Candace Owens, the series delves into the lesser-known facts surrounding the Steven Avery case.
While the Netflix series “Making a Murderer” portrayed Avery as an innocent victim of corrupt law enforcement, “Convicting a Murderer” uncovers the hidden truths that were missed in the original series. With exclusive interviews featuring law enforcement officers, family members, and dedicated investigators, this 10-episode series offers a fresh perspective on the case.
Episode 1: “An Unraveling Narrative”
In the first episode, Owens draws a striking parallel between the Avery case and the Black Lives Matter movement, questioning whether this was a “white lives matter” moment. Police reports from Avery’s past reveal a darker side to his character, challenging the image portrayed in “Making a Murderer.”
Episode 2: “Sharing Wives”
The second episode uncovers shocking evidence omitted from “Making a Murderer,” including Avery’s history of animal cruelty, alleged abduction attempts, and accusations of a violent sexual past. Letters written by Avery to his ex-wife during his time in prison shed new light on his character.
Episode 3: “Avery’s Niece”
*Warning: This episode contains graphic details*
In this episode, Avery’s relatives come forward with disturbing allegations, including an alleged inappropriate relationship with his underage niece. The episode also explores a past encounter between Avery and Teresa Halbach, as well as peculiar purchases made by Avery before Halbach’s murder.
