Furthermore, the memo from the chancellor’s office states that community colleges are experiencing ”a meaningful positive enrollment outlook” for the first time in over five years.
However, spring numbers are still down 16 percent compared to pre-pandemic levels, with a 27 percent decrease in students aged 20 to 24 and a 22 percent decrease in students aged 25 to 34.
