These grants, overseen by the State Department’s Office of Palestinian Affairs, will fund programs for Palestinian entrepreneurs and disadvantaged students until 2024.
Despite Al-Quds University’s history of hosting Hamas rallies and praising terrorist activities, the State Department continues to support the institution. This contradicts their claim of rigorous due diligence and the requirement for grant recipients to denounce terrorism.
